Metamorphoses are always happening. Transformation is part of the environment. They offer a very special fascination when something becomes a new, unexpected thing. Just as a caterpillar transforms into a butterfly, one would never expect its final form. This was also the challenge in this frame-by-frame animation. Two random, independent objects are to undergo a metamorphosis from one to the other.
